Experian is a leader in segmentation and micromarketing in Sweden. Mosaic Lifestyles is the only geodemographic segmentation tool available in the Swedish market, classifying over 9 million people and 4.3 million households.
There are three core strands to the company’s services: Mosaic Data, Mosaic Systems, and Marketing and Analysis.
Experian carries out strategic and operational analysis for targeting, cross selling, upselling and churn management. The company installs systems within the Mosaic Suite Concept supporting the CRM process. One line of business is Biladress, which handles all analysis and list broking within the car industry.
The fourth generation of Mosaic Lifestyles is due for launch in the winter of 2005. There is collaboration with all the major players in the market research sector such as Research International, RUAB, AC Nielsen and GfK.
