Experian has picked up its third award in four years at the prestigious Connect Awards, held at the Dorchester Hotel in London.
The Connect Awards are sponsored jointly by Marketing Direct and Direct Response magazines and are intended to honour very best in direct marketing practice over the last 12 months.
Experian won the award for the Intelligent Use of Data in a Public Service Campaign, notably the application of our Mosaic Origins classification in the reduction of accident and emergency admissions in Tower Hamlets Primary Care Trust. This project, run by Experian's Public Sector Insight group, is an excellent example of the proactive use of our consumer classifications in the allocation of resources to make a real difference to the provision of public health services at a local level.
Experian group was nominated in a total of three categories:
• The intelligent use of data in a public service campaign – Experian Business Strategies • The intelligent use of data in a multi-channel campaign – Experian Digital Services, highly commended • Best new data software or technology – Experian Integrated Marketing
