Latest news from Experian's Business Strategies division December 2007

Changes are afoot in Business Strategies division. We are restructuring our business to ensure future growth and innovation, and to continue to deliver the best possible service to our clients. Personally, I will be focusing my attentions on supporting the economics business in the UK and EMEA, as well as moving on to new challenges outside Experian.

In this month's newsletter, we report on findings from FootFall on how the High Street is faring this Xmas. We are working with Sport England on an innovative project designed to tackle rising obesity levels, and with the Sector Skills Council for Central Government to improve and develop its labour market information, supporting its strategic work on skills in the sector. Looking ahead, the Future Foundation's latest Changing Lives conference takes place on 1 February. We will be looking at whether brands can resolve the paradoxes and dilemmas facing the modern consumer-citizen, and still make margins and build pro-active loyalty?

I wish you a very happy Xmas and a prosperous New Year.

Charles
